Description
The Tradco Menton Plate Levers are a solid brass lever handle set on a long backplate, with a French Provincial-inspired design that widens subtly toward the lever edge and is defined by a recessed band detail. The range is available in four functions — Passage, Skeleton Key Locking, Euro Locking, and Privacy — to suit internal doors through to key-locked entrances.
Finished in Satin Chrome, Chrome Plate, Polished Brass, or Black, each function is designed to pair with its matching Tradco lock or latch body (sold separately — see compatibility below).
Hardware Applications & Features
The Tradco Menton range is engineered to cover a full spread of internal and entrance door functions from a single, matching lever design:
➔ Passage: Free-turning lever both sides, no lock — designed to pair with a Tradco tubular latch (sold separately), for hallways and internal doors.
➔ Euro Locking: Lever withdraws the latch, deadbolt locked/unlocked via Euro cylinder — designed to pair with a Tradco Euro mortice lock (57mm backset) and Euro profile cylinder (sold separately), for entrance doors.
➔ Skeleton Key Locking: Deadbolt locked/unlocked with a traditional bit key — designed to pair with a Tradco 5-lever mortice lock (sold separately) for high-security entrance applications.
➔ Privacy: Inside turn/snib locking with outside emergency release — designed to pair with a Tradco privacy lock (sold separately), for bathrooms and ensuites.
➔ Solid Brass Construction: Cast/forged solid brass backplate and levers, available in Satin Chrome, Chrome Plate, Polished Brass, or Black.
