Normal business hours – fees and payment requirements

Typically 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Our service call (visit to site) charge is $65 incl GST.
Our standard hourly service charge for a locksmith field technician is $27.50 incl GST per 1/4 hour (effective 05/09/22).
Our minimum service charge for any job is $110 incl GST (effective 05/09/22) which includes 15 minutes on site
Our minimum CRITICAL SERVICE charge for any job is $140 incl GST which includes 15 minutes on site.
Note: Further travel or time charges may apply for jobs done outside of Wellington, Hutt Valley and Porirua.
Our standard payment term is for PAYMENT ON COMPLETION. For customers without accounts we gladly accept cash, eftpos and credit card payments.
We prefer our clients remain on site whilst we do any security work to eliminate any doubt relating to job integrity, security and quality.

After hours and public holidays – fees and payment requirements

Typically 5.00pm to 8.30am week days, and all weekends and public holidays.

Our after-hours service call-out charge is $150 incl GST.
Our standard hourly after-hours service charge for a locksmith field technician is $40.00 incl GST per 1/4 hour.
Our minimum after-hours charge for any job is $190 incl GST (which includes 15 minutes on site).
Note: Further travel or time charges may apply for jobs done outside of Wellington, Hutt Valley and Porirua.
