Cavlock CL100 LaviLock Accessible/Disabled Sliding Door WC Lock
The CL100 LaviLock is the only code compliant commercial-grade disabled toilet access lock available on the New Zealand market. It has been specifically designed for sliding toilet doors and has the added benefits of “VACANT’ and ‘IN USE’ indication etched into the side plate.
These locks are also handed, meaning that setting up exit free is as simple as ordering the correct hand lockset!
Important: to be Council Compliant the Lever / Lever option must be used for disabled toilets and the door needs to be a minimum of 910mm wide for a clear walk through of 760mm. With today’s wheelchair manufacturing sizes however, a door leaf of 1000mm is more suited to provide easy access.
56mm Backset on lock, minimum recommended door thickness is 34mm.
