Beveridges supplies and supports several very capable key systems types however, our main offering is the premium high-quality Abloy key system product and excellent value Lockwood Generation 6 system.
Tip – If your organisation is considering a security key system, ask suppliers what patent life (the intellectual property of the system that prevents copying) is left on their key system product and ask them to explain the varying levels of access and changes can be achieved on the system. Electronic door locks and access control
For business enterprises or institutions with a higher number of users requiring more sophisticated access control, Beveridges offers the Cobra and Kaba brands of stand alone electronic locks. There’s no need for expensive infrastructure wiring and control systems here. These units use batteries to operated the access control (via proximity card or keypad code), and the user is still required to manually open and close the door. Tip – when considering padlocks for a commercial application, consider if the padlock can accept a security key plug now or in the future and consider the climate it may have to work in (e.g. sea air or remote exposed conditions). We have padlocks for all applications.
