Our service standard charges are as follows;
Normal Business Hours
Typically 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Our service call (visit to site) charge is $50 including GST.
- Our standard hourly service charge for a locksmith field technician is $79 per hour, including GST (as of 1/6/10).
- Our minimum service charge for any job is $79 including GST (as of 1/6/10).
- Our standard payment term is for PAYMENT ON COMPLETION for customers without accounts and we gladly accept cash, cheque (with identification) and credit card. We regret we do not have EFTPOS available in our service vans.
- We prefer our clients remain on site whilst we do any security work to eliminate any doubt relating to job integrity, security and quality.
After Hours and Public Holidays
Typically 5.00pm to 7.30am week days, and all weekends and public holidays.
- Our after-hours service call-out charge is $100 including GST (as of 1/7/2010).
- Our standard after-hours hourly rate for a locksmith field technician is $100 per hour, including GST.
- Our minimum after -hours charge for any job is $125 including GST (as of 1/7/2010).
- Our standard payment term is for PAYMENT ON COMPLETION for customers without accounts and we gladly accept cash, cheque (with identification) and credit card. EFTPOS is available in our after-hours service van.
- We prefer our clients remain on site whilst we do any security work to eliminate any doubt relating to job integrity, security and quality.
